At Vitaly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry and apparel. Please ensure all original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original boxes and drop off the package at any authorized courier location listed on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
